TL;DR

Account Executive (Application Security): Driving sales of Application Security solutions to new enterprise clients with an accent on acquiring new logo accounts and building long-term relationships. Focus on leveraging domain expertise to communicate value, owning the full sales cycle, and collaborating with internal teams for a seamless customer experience.

Location: Must be based in Raleigh, North Carolina, and be willing to travel to client sites within the region as needed.

Salary: $100,000 base, plus commission target in a similar range.

What you will do

  • Identify and target potential clients in various industries, focusing on Application Security needs.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Present and demonstrate hirify.global's Application Security solutions with your Systems Engineer counterpart.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and hirify.global.
  • Stay up to date on industry developments and competitor offerings to effectively position hirify.global in the market.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and generate leads.

Requirements

  • Proven success: 3+ years of experience selling enterprise software solutions to C-level and senior executives, with a proven ability to exceed quotas.
  • Deep understanding of Application Security or adjacent technologies.
  • Experience with proven sales frameworks like MEDDPICC or Command of the Message.
  • Strong ability to engage clients with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • High level of perseverance, self-motivation, and resilience under pressure.
