TL;DR

Sales Engineer (Cybersecurity): Providing pre-sales technical support to prospective customers for hirify.global products, eliminating technical impediments to purchase and adoption, with an accent on identifying key customer requirements and positioning cybersecurity products. Focus on investigating technical issues, communicating findings, and implementing technical proof-of-concepts (POCs).

Location: Must be based in Leeds or London, England

What you will do

  • Investigate and document technical issues, communicating findings to their team, prospects, or clients.
  • Communicate directly with prospective customers to gather details and fully define technical issues or customer requirements, focusing on the SMB space.
  • Help to create brand awareness for hirify.global products within the assigned territory and/or region.
  • Establish relationships with partners, prospects, and existing clients in support of the Sales teams’ objectives.
  • Address technical issues that are impeding the closing of sales opportunities.
  • Work alongside the Sales team to implement and manage technical proof-of-concepts (POCs) for prospective customers.

Requirements

  • 2-year degree or technical degree preferred.
  • Experience with Gmail, Google Docs, MS Office (Word and Excel), and web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer).
  • Excellent verbal and written communications (English).
  • Highly organized and result-oriented with excellent time management skills.
  • Demonstrated technical troubleshooting and analysis ability.
  • Strong collaborative and teamwork skills, with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
