Location: Hybrid role in Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary, Dublin, or Sydney, with an expectation to be in the office a minimum of twice per week.
Salary: $128,000–$192,000 CAD

What you will do
- Run core sales programs like sales rallies, recognition, Quarterly Action Planning, and annual planning.
- Lead sales communications and change management for major updates such as compensation or product launches.
- Provide strategic insight and analysis to identify key strategic pillars and opportunities for business performance.
- Own quarterly and annual planning cycles, supporting leaders in building tactical and long-range plans.
- Magnify successful sales tactics and playbooks into repeatable, scalable programs.
- Manage the holistic sales budget and drive company-wide and sales-wide strategic projects.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate data.
- Proven ability to drive alignment across multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in program management, sales operations, enablement, consulting, or a similar strategy-focused role.
- Experience supporting a sales-led or high-growth organization.
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects and shift between strategic thinking and detailed execution.
- Demonstrate a keen interest in improving your craft by using AI.
