Salary: $84,800 – $125,800 per year

The Pokémon Company International manages the property outside of Asia and is responsible for brand management, licensing, marketing, the Pokémon Trading Card Game, the animated TV series, home entertainment, and the official Pokémon website.

What you’ll do

• Support the TCG PMM team in planning and executing marketing campaigns for Pokémon TCG products and expansions.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring campaigns launch on schedule and meet quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support integrated marketing efforts.
• Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Support development of marketing assets, including reviewing copy and creative for accuracy and brand consistency.
• Manage product samples, including inputting initial quantities, overseeing the sample pool, placing orders, and ensuring teams receive the products needed to execute key marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in marketing or a related field, or equivalent applicable experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline required.
• Clear and proactive communicator with the ability to share updates and collaborate across teams; comfortable presenting information to stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills to assist with scheduling, maintaining calendars, and supporting project execution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 5–10% of the time.

Nice to have

• MBA or equivalent experience.
• Experience working with internal teams and external partners; exposure to agency coordination or international stakeholders.
• Interest in the Pokémon brand and willingness to learn about the TCG category; passion for gaming or entertainment.
• Understanding of Japanese language and business culture.
