Location: Seattle preferred, but open to candidates in the Central Time Zone, with a preference for Austin, TX, and Chicago, IL. This role is hybrid.

Salary: $70,000–$110,000 a year

What you will do

• Serve as the initial main point of contact for customer implementations.
• Provide strategic insights on platform best practices, technical configuration, and go-to-market strategy.
• Ensure successful adoption and an exceptional onboarding experience for all customers.
• Manage projects with excellence, including risks, budgets, timelines, and securing customer sign-off.
• Identify new opportunities for additional services and direct customers appropriately.
• Contribute to defining and refining initiatives, methodologies, assets, and programs within the Professional Services team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, implementation, or a related field, ideally in a SaaS environment.
• Proven track record as a consultant and trusted advisor, building client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction through implementation excellence.
• Demonstrated project management skills, including risk management and adherence to project timelines.
• Proactive, self-driven, and able to quickly learn complex concepts with minimal assistance.
• Strategic problem solver, capable of breaking down ambiguous problems into concrete components.
• Strong technical aptitude to understand product capabilities and educate others with simplified explanations.
