What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs).
- Drive, deliver, and demonstrate value for customers, focusing on adoption, expansion, and renewals.
- Establish standard processes for collecting and sharing customer feedback with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
- Manage and leverage relationships with key partners to drive business results.
- Own and report on key metrics including product adoption, customer health, and revenue retention.
Requirements
- 7+ years experience in customer success management, software adoption management, technical account management, professional services consulting, or service delivery management.
- 3+ years as a Senior CSM, principal, team lead, or 1+ year of formal people management experience.
- Experience guiding enterprise organizations and internal teams through transformational change in technical domains.
- Ability to travel approximately 25%.
Nice to have
- Experience managing distributed teams across EMEA.
- Experience working in the software development or DevOps domains.
- Familiarity with CSP, CRM tools, or AI-powered solutions for CSM engagements.
