What you will do

• Lead the company’s strategic growth by developing and executing initiatives for business expansion and market positioning.
• Drive revenue growth and establish profitability while optimizing operational expenses.
• Oversee the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring market needs are met.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions aligned with business goals.
• Oversee marketing campaigns, ensuring they are data-driven, customer-centric, and aligned with product launches.
• Utilize data analytics to refine growth strategies and monitor key financial and operational metrics.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a dynamic and hands-on leader in D2C Digital Products (preferably subscriptions).
• Proven ability to drive growth and innovation.
• Deep understanding of engineering, product, marketing, and growth strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams and deliver results under pressure.
• Capability to deeply engage in the technical and operational aspects of the business.
• English: B2 required
