What you will do
- Lead the company's strategic growth by developing and executing initiatives that drive business expansion, optimize market positioning, and establish product-market fit.
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing complex strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment across engineering, product development, growth, marketing, and sales during the early launch phase.
- Drive revenue growth and establish profitability while optimizing operational expenses.
- Oversee marketing campaigns, ensuring they are data-driven, customer-centric, and aligned with product launches and sales strategies.
Requirements
- You are a dynamic and hands-on leader with extensive experience in the D2C Digital Products (preferably subscriptions).
- You excel at driving growth and innovation, with a deep understanding of engineering, product, marketing, and growth strategies.
- Proven ability to manage teams, deliver results under pressure, and deeply engage in the technical and operational aspects of the business.
