What you will do
- Own and execute the B2B field marketing strategy with a focus on 1:1, 1:few, and segment-based programs.
- Plan, run, and optimize various field events including dinners, roundtables, meetups, and roadshows.
- Manage vendors end-to-end: sourcing, negotiation, budgeting, contracts, and on-the-ground coordination.
- Build and execute event promotion playbooks, including target account selection, sales alignment, and messaging.
- Partner closely with Sales on pre-event targeting, in-event engagement, and post-event follow-up for pipeline acceleration.
- Own field marketing measurement, tracking sourced and influenced pipeline, conversion, and ROI of field investments.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of B2B field marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or high-growth tech, with a proven track record in enterprise/mid-market programs.
- Strong experience in planning, executing, and measuring high-touch events.
- Solid vendor and budget management skills with financial discipline.
- Expertise in event promotion, outbound strategy, nurture flows, and pipeline measurement (sourced vs influenced, ROI, attribution).
- Experience working closely with Sales as a true GTM partner.
- Creative, detail-oriented, highly organized, with a strong bias for action and comfort operating in ambiguity.
