TL;DR

Senior Manager Marketing Operations: Leading and scaling marketing programs and operations across all segments and channels with an accent on effective strategy, efficient investment, and accountability. Location: This is a hybrid role; individuals are expected to work from the office 2 to 3 days a week. You must be based in one of hirify.global's hub locations: San Francisco, CA, Denver, CO (United States), or Santiago, Chile. A relocation stipend may be available for those willing to relocate to a hub location.

Salary: $203,000–$239,000 USD (on-target earnings or base salary for San Francisco, CA)

What you will do

  • Lead and scale a world-class Marketing Operations team, building and maintaining the cross-functional roadmap to support company growth.
  • Drive strategic planning and forecasting by partnering with marketing leadership on goal setting, campaign analysis, and revenue forecasting.
  • Own the marketing technology stack, including Marketo, Outreach, Demandbase, and Clearbit, and architect AI-enabled workflows for lead management.
  • Deliver actionable insights and optimization through dashboards, real-time reporting, and analytics to monitor funnel performance.
  • Champion cross-functional initiatives across sales, product, customer success, finance, and business development to scale the revenue organization.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of marketing operations, analytics, or revenue operations experience in a B2B environment.
  • 2-3 years successfully leading a high-performing team.
  • Deep proficiency in Salesforce and Marketo is required, with experience in Looker, Outreach, Demandbase, and other martech tools.
  • Proven ability to strategically plan, prioritize initiatives, and successfully implement them at scale.
  • Expert-level analytical and data storytelling skills to analyze and visualize data across Excel, CRM, and BI tools.
  • Experience across various go-to-market motions, including enterprise sales, account-based marketing, and digital marketing.
