What you will do

• Act as the final decision-maker for all UI/UX changes across the product, ensuring quality and approval before production.
• Design and implement UX directly in code using Tailwind CSS and modern component-based UI libraries.
• Deliver clean, modern, minimalistic, and intuitive interfaces that reduce cognitive load for users.
• Generate and develop UX ideas aimed at improving usability, clarity, engagement, and overall product value.
• Define and refine user flows, screen logic, interactions, and states for a smooth and predictable user experience.
• Collaborate closely with Product, CRO, and Engineering to translate hypotheses into clear, testable, and scalable UX solutions.

Requirements

• Highly senior Product UI/UX Designer / UX Engineer with a deep understanding of both UI and UX.
• Strong hands-on experience implementing UX directly in code.
• Solid experience with Tailwind CSS and component-based UI systems.
• Strong product thinking: understanding how UX decisions affect user behavior, retention, and value.
• Able to work effectively in a high-pressure, high-expectation environment.
• Confident in taking responsibility for final decisions and outcomes.
