What you will do

• Successfully run all activity on allocated client accounts.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships to encourage retention and scope increase.
• Manage budgeting for client projects, ensuring appropriate distribution based on briefs and agreed scope.
• Collaborate with internal departments to develop and create the best work.
• Lead new business pitch processes and work closely with the New Business Director.

Requirements

• Experienced Senior Account Manager/Account Director in a social-first agency.
• Comfortable delivering projects covering timelines, budget management, and documentation.
• Able to build strong client relationships and motivate the internal team.
• Able to lead and coach a team with a positive and supportive approach.
• Able to handle multiple clients and prioritise your time and internal resource.
• Good knowledge of popular culture and social media news.
