TL;DR

Sales Recruiter: Scaling the go-to-market (GTM) organization by building and hiring high-performing sales teams with an accent on full-cycle recruiting and proactive sourcing. Focus on managing multiple GTM roles simultaneously in a fast-moving, high-growth environment and partnering closely with hiring managers.

Location: This is an in-office role (5 days a week) based in Lehi, UT. Support hiring across multiple locations, including the California Bay Area, Utah, Arizona, and New York.

Salary: $80,000–$120,000

What you will do

  • Proactively source Account Executives, Sales Managers, and Channel Managers to build strong hiring pipelines.
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for sales and GTM roles, including sourcing, screening, and offer management.
  • Manage multiple GTM roles simultaneously in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and timelines.
  • Manage and maintain accurate candidate data and workflows within the ATS.
  • Continuously improve recruiting processes, candidate experience, and pipeline health.

Requirements

  • Comfortable operating in a high-paced environment with clear performance expectations.
  • Proven ability to close at least two hires per month consistently.
  • Comfortable carrying and delivering against a quarterly hiring quota.
  • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience recruiting GTM roles (Sales, Channel, Customer-facing teams).
