What you will do
- Own the full acquisition cycle for new UK partners, including market mapping, outbound prospecting, qualification, and closing.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline, meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly targets for signed partners and activated GMV.
- Articulate hirify.global’s value proposition and tailor ROI business cases to each seller.
- Orchestrate a smooth handover to Onboarding and drive activation in the first 90 days by ensuring listings quality, pricing health, and responsiveness.
- Represent hirify.global at store visits and industry events across the UK.
- Maintain excellent CRM hygiene, forecast accurately, and iterate on messaging and outreach cadences, working data‑driven.
Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B new business development/partner acquisition or field sales (marketplace, e‑commerce, SaaS, or luxury retail preferred).
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding ambitious acquisition and revenue activation targets and strong negotiation skills.
- Native‑level English with outstanding communication and presentation abilities; additional languages are a plus.
- Genuine interest in watches and the luxury retail ecosystem.
- Proficient with CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce/HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Structured, self‑driven, and resilient; able to prioritize, travel across the UK, and thrive in a fast‑moving, international environment.
