Focus on facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and training users to derive insights from procurement analytics solutions.

Location: Hybrid role based in Bucharest, Romania.

Salary: 7,000–11,000 RON/net per month

What you will do

• Set up and configure hirify.global software to match customer requirements.
• Run meetings and facilitate workshops to gather customer requirements and walk them through solutions.
• Work hands-on with SQL and Qlik Sense to configure the analytics layer of the product.
• Train users to draw insights from hirify.global and use solutions in their daily workflow.
• Share learnings and customer feedback with project teams and internal stakeholders to improve processes and product functionalities.

Requirements

• Consultative, customer-first attitude with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset, structured working style, and ability to work with large data sets.
• Fluency in English.
• Some hands-on experience with SQL (writing basic queries and joins).
• Familiarity with BI/data visualization tools such as Qlik Sense, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Must be based in Bucharest and ready for occasional travel to customer sites.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in finance/procurement domains or understanding of supply chain management basics.
• Consulting, project work, and/or SaaS experience.
