What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from lead to close, including prospecting, demos, and multi-threading across district stakeholders.
- Represent hirify.global at conferences and in-person meetings with school district leaders.
- Understand how districts are thinking about math achievement, funding, and teacher support, and help them connect those goals to our solution.
- Collaborate internally with your team to share insights and continuously refine our approach.
Requirements
- You care deeply about public education and believe math is a gateway to opportunity.
- 2-3 years of sales experience, bonus if it is in edtech.
- Fluent English and German at native or C1–C2 level.
- You’re not afraid to pick up the phone and call.
- Must be located in Berlin.
