What you will do

• Enhance AI-native and expert-review document generation workflows.
• Implement and integrate LLM-based solutions to improve customer outcomes.
• Build systems to evaluate efficacy, quality, and reliability of core customer deliverables.
• Contribute to the ongoing evolution of AI-native document generation products.
• Partner with company leaders to execute mission-critical, high-impact initiatives.
• Uphold a high quality bar and apply data-driven insights to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

• Extensive experience building frameworks, libraries, and distributed systems.
• Strong software development background with expertise in Python or languages such as Go, Java, or Node.
• Proven ability to deliver production-ready software, including RESTful APIs.
• Track record of owning and delivering complex projects from concept through deployment.
• Experience in fast-paced, startup or high-growth environments.
• Hybrid role, required to be in the San Francisco office three days per week.
• Work authorization for the US is required.
