What you will do
- Fully own, moderate, and structure 's Discord community of 16,000+ members, ensuring a safe, active, and high-quality environment.
- Organize and host weekly live language practice sessions on Discord, experimenting with formats to make them engaging and shareable.
- Create YouTube videos with product updates, walkthroughs, and honest reviews, serving as the bridge between the product and its users.
- Help define and maintain ’s brand voice and visual consistency across Discord, YouTube, and other social channels.
Requirements
- Comfortable speaking on camera and creating video content.
- Experience running or growing an online community, ideally on Discord.
- Understanding of language learners and their needs.
- Ability to proactively manage weekly programming in a structured manner.
- Strong taste and brand awareness.
- Proactive and self-directed work ethic.
Nice to have
- Speak multiple languages.
- Enthusiasm for AI/tech and experimentation with AI products.
- Experience hosting live events or workshops.
- Experience with YouTube or long-form video content.
- Experience with consumer apps or creator-led brands.
