What you will do
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of Project Managers supporting GTM functions (Marketing, Revenue/Sales, Success, Support).
- Plan, execute, and oversee multi-functional GTM programs and Co-Founder Office projects from conception to completion.
- Drive cross-functional alignment between the Co-Founder’s office and GTM leadership, ensuring clear communication and strategic alignment.
- Translate executive strategies and priorities into structured project roadmaps, timelines, and resource plans.
- Oversee implementation of systems, dashboards, and analytics tools supporting revenue operations and GTM performance tracking.
- Identify risks early, manage dependencies, and design mitigation strategies, leading change management efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
- 10+ years of project management experience, ideally in SaaS, GTM, or revenue operations contexts.
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale, cross-functional projects across Marketing, Revenue/Sales, Success, Support.
- Demonstrated experience managing and developing a team of Project Managers or similar roles.
- Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
- PMP or equivalent certification required.

- Experience supporting or working closely with executive leadership / Co-Founder office preferred.
