What you will do

• Develop and implement delivery strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Build a strong Global Delivery and Operations engine to enable growth and profitability.
• Drive delivery and operational initiatives, ensuring common operating standards and metrics.
• Oversee planning, execution, and completion of portfolio projects on time, scope, and budget.
• Lead a globally diverse, multi-disciplined organization, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Partner with GTM to support new business, delivery status, client satisfaction, and problem resolution.

Requirements

• Prior successful experience as a delivery leader with significant scope ($1 billion) and complexity.
• Proven P&L leadership in a multi-site, distributed, global organization.
• Experience in Digital Infrastructure or Cloud.
• Experience with multi-cloud platforms and cloud migration strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field required.
• Must reside within the United States.
