What you will do

• Generate sales within an assigned territory.
• Drive key business and technical benefits mapped to end-user requirements.
• Coordinate sales activities with partners and resellers to identify and close new business.
• Maximize market coverage within the defined region.
• Provide sales forecasting and account opportunity.
• Drive revenue and achieve individual and team quotas.
• Update and maintain the hirify.global CRM system (Salesforce.com).

Requirements

• Proven B2B sales experience.
• Proficient level of English and Polish required.
• Experience driving the sales process across internal and external teams.
• Ability to establish positive and lasting relationships.
• Ability to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Salesforce.com experience.
• Proficiency in MSOffice based automation tools (Excel, Outlook).
