What you will do

• Drive commercial execution and revenue growth across Southern Europe.
• Build and nurture relationships with executive decision-makers at agencies and publishers.
• Set and deliver regional goals aligned with the broader company strategy.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, HR, Legal, and Product leadership.
• Operate effectively in a matrix organization with a strong team-first mindset.

Requirements

• Extensive leadership experience within an AdTech or digital advertising company.
• Deep commercial experience and strong negotiation skills with established relationships across leading media agencies and publishers in France and across Southern Europe.
• Proven ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with executive decision-makers at both media agencies and publishers.
• In-depth understanding of the programmatic advertising landscape and its key stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of human resource management, including employment legislation and labour laws within Southern Europe.
• Fluent French and English are mandatory.
