Location: This role requires on-site presence at our office 4 days a week to support effective collaboration and teamwork.

What you will do

• Design, implement, and enhance operational security processes for hirify.global’s global cloud service, corporate, and development environments.
• Manage daily effectiveness of security infrastructure, automation, vulnerability, event, incident, and identity management.
• Collaborate with highly technical subject matter experts to develop custom security solutions.
• Analyze and advise security leadership on hirify.global’s evolving corporate IT and production networks.
• Lead projects that discover and address gaps between current security practices and desired state.
• Measurably increase efficiency of the global security program by redesigning, refining, and automating human processes.

Requirements

• Proven skills in all disciplines of security, including network infrastructure and components (Firewalls, Web App Firewalls, IDS/IPS).
• Experience with endpoint protection for traditional OSes and containers (EDR/XDR, malware prevention, file integrity monitoring).
• Strong knowledge of security events and incidents, SIEM integrations, playbooks, and policies.
• Experience with vulnerability detection (Pentesting, scanning, red team) and vulnerability management.
• Strong knowledge of diverse methods and technologies used to attack web/mobile/desktop applications, SaaS infrastructure, and data.
• Demonstrated track record of strong decision-making in process design and technical architecture.
