TL;DR

Regional Sales Engineer (Cybersecurity): Driving sales enablement and technical engagements for a cybersecurity platform with an accent on endpoint and network security solutions. Focus on articulating complex security problems to C-level executives and serving as a technical bridge between hirify.global and customers.

Location: Remote (US-based, specifically Boston, MA, or Illinois)

Salary: $135,000–$205,000 per year

What you will do

  • Serve as a technical bridge between hirify.global and prospects/customers.
  • Articulate complex security problems to diverse audiences, including C-level executives.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Engineering teams.
  • Work independently in a fast-paced environment on multiple engagements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Sales engineering background or 5+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in endpoint or network security (AV, EDR, SIEM, firewall, HIPS/IDS).
  • Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel as required.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling to SLED (State Local Gov) customers.
  • Experience with malware, threat intelligence, and/or sandbox analysis.
  • Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
  • Experience with large-scale cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Certifications such as CEH, CISSP, OSCP, SANS.
