What you will do

• Work on addressing reliability, availability, scalability, and efficiency for the team's components.
• Manage existing Observability tools and help internal customers master them.
• Learn about the architecture, design, standards, and implementation of new and existing systems.
• Learn to scale systems and increase their reliability to meet 99.95% SLOs.
• Support navigation tooling.

Requirements

• Experience with modern coding/infrastructure related languages such as Golang and/or Python.
• Understanding of systems engineering fundamentals: Linux, containers, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, TLS), distributed systems basics.
• Non-production experience with Cloud-native technologies like Kubernetes and/or Observability-related tools.
• Theoretical understanding of SRE/Platform/Infrastructure/DevOps teams' responsibilities within Software Engineering.
• Theoretical knowledge about SRE best practices, observability, GitOps practices/infrastructure automation including infrastructure as code.
• Understanding of security and compliance essentials.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Product mindset.
