What you will do

• Provide expert guidance on deployment and operational best practices, establishing a hirify.global Center of Excellence for customers.
• Serve as the primary liaison for technical questions or escalations, collaborating with Support, Product Management, and Engineering.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders, focusing on increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and fostering satisfaction.
• Help customers create Success Plans with critical goals and KPIs, and guide them in achieving these objectives.
• Identify and address technical issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and manage account escalations effectively.
• Collaborate with Sales and Renewal teams to secure contract renewals and identify opportunities for expanding hirify.global usage.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles (e.g., Technical Account Manager, Professional Services, Solutions Engineering).
• Strong understanding of cloud services, architectures, and security best practices.
• Familiarity with container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes and their security considerations.
• Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with enterprise clients and driving customer success.
• Fluent Portuguese and English are required.

Nice to have

• CSP level certifications (e.g., Certified Solutions Architect, Certified DevOps Engineer).
• B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field.
