What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop Technical Success Manager and Implementation Specialists.
• Design and scale the hirify.global implementation framework – defining scope, playbooks, quality standards, and handover criteria.
• Own strategic and complex customer onboardings, ensuring correct architecture, deployment, and technical health checks.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Pre‑Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to align outcomes and represent the Voice of the Customer.
• Define and manage success metrics, including time‑to‑value, adoption rates, and implementation completion quality.
• Champion continuous improvement by analyzing operational data and refining processes and tooling.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years in technical roles (e.g., Systems Administrator, Network Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or Technical Success Manager).
• 2–5+ years of leadership or player/coach experience within a technical or customer success organization.
• Strong technical depth in networking, system administration, SaaS architectures, and IT asset discovery.
• Proven experience building repeatable implementation processes and scalable technical workflows.
• Certifications such as A+, Network+, or equivalent; advanced certs a plus.
• Familiarity with tools like CRM systems, Jira, Confluence, or Customer 360 platforms.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global or related ITAM/IT discovery tools preferred.
