What you will do
- Provide expert guidance on deployment, operational best practices, and assist in establishing a hirify.global Center of Excellence.
- Serve as the primary hirify.global liaison for technical questions or escalations, collaborating with Support, Product Management, and other relevant teams.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders, focusing on increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and fostering satisfaction.
- Help customers develop Success Plans, outlining critical goals and key performance indicators, and provide guidance in achieving these objectives.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Support teams to resolve technical escalations quickly and efficiently.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for expanding hirify.global usage across the customer’s organization.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles (e.g., Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineering, Technical Support).
- Strong understanding of cloud services, architectures, and security best practices, with CSP level certifications preferred.
- Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and related security considerations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with enterprise clients.
- Fluent Portuguese and English
