• Design and implement strategies to grow high-quality SSP traffic.
• Scale DSP and Ad Exchange directions with a focus on ROI.
• Lead the RTB team, setting goals and managing tasks.
• Acquire new SSP/DSP partners and manage top-tier partner relationships.
• Monitor and ensure the quality of incoming SSP traffic.
• Prepare and deliver daily reports, flagging any issues and solutions.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of open RTB protocols, auction logic, and SSP/DSP operations.
• Strong grasp of traffic market trends and data-driven analysis.
• Experience with Push, InPage, and Popunder ad formats.
• Proven expertise in fraud detection and prevention within RTB ecosystems.
• Familiarity with anti-fraud tools and their integration.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
