Salary: Czechia: 960,000–1,440,000 CZK | Ireland: 59,200–88,800 EUR | Poland: 148,000–222,000 PLN | Portugal: 33,600–50,400 EUR | Spain: 45,600–68,400 EUR | United Kingdom: 48,400–72,600 GBP

What you will do

• Deliver end-to-end recruitment across corporate, technical, and commercial roles aligned to business priorities.
• Support international hiring across multiple countries and employment models.
• Implement and optimize MiniMed’s Talent Acquisition operating model.
• Manage agency and vendor governance, including contracts and controls.
• Support Workday ATS readiness, adoption, and optimization of hiring workflows.
• Contribute to employer branding, EVP, early careers, and strategic hiring initiatives.

Requirements

• Fixed Term Contract for 6 months.
• Proven experience in an end-to-end recruitment or Talent Acquisition Partner role.
• Experience contributing to TA initiatives (systems, process improvement, RPO, compliance).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Experience recruiting across multiple countries or regions is preferred.
• Strong bias toward delivery with a pragmatic, hands-on approach.
