What you will do

• Lead the global data strategy, vision, operating model, and governance for a scalable, organization-wide data capability.
• Drive consistent, trusted insights by defining enterprise metrics and overseeing global dashboards with high data quality.
• Advance analytics maturity, ensuring high-quality, actionable insights inform strategic and investment decisions.
• Champion data storytelling, establishing global standards for visualization and effective communication to senior leaders.
• Oversee data acquisition and integration, shaping scalable data pipelines for a connected and reliable data landscape.
• Strengthen data infrastructure and governance, prioritizing platforms and safeguarding data privacy, security, and compliance.

Requirements

• English: B2 required
• Significant senior leadership experience in large-scale data and analytics transformation across complex global organizations.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Experienced in building, developing, and leading high-performing data and analytics teams.
• Degree in a data-related field; postgraduate study or equivalent experience preferred.
• Expertise in data and analytics technologies (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI) and advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and machine learning.
• Deep knowledge of data governance, management, quality, security, and compliance.
