What you will do
- Lead the global data strategy, vision, operating model, and governance for a scalable, organization-wide data capability.
- Drive consistent, trusted insights by defining enterprise metrics and overseeing global dashboards with high data quality.
- Advance analytics maturity, ensuring high-quality, actionable insights inform strategic and investment decisions.
- Champion data storytelling, establishing global standards for visualization and effective communication to senior leaders.
- Oversee data acquisition and integration, shaping scalable data pipelines for a connected and reliable data landscape.
- Strengthen data infrastructure and governance, prioritizing platforms and safeguarding data privacy, security, and compliance.
Requirements
- English: B2 required
- Significant senior leadership experience in large-scale data and analytics transformation across complex global organizations.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders across multiple functions.
- Experienced in building, developing, and leading high-performing data and analytics teams.
- Degree in a data-related field; postgraduate study or equivalent experience preferred.
- Expertise in data and analytics technologies (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI) and advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and machine learning.
- Deep knowledge of data governance, management, quality, security, and compliance.
