What you will do
- Respond to and qualify marketing generated leads from various marketing efforts.
- Create a world-class first impression for prospects and customers.
- Partner with experienced Account Executives to fill their pipeline and develop sales skills.
- Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications.
- Achieve monthly quotas of sourced qualified opportunities.
- Enter prospect information into Salesforce and attend product training sessions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong personality to establish and maintain relationships with sales teams.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, and maximize efficiency.
- Effective listening skills to understand prospect needs.
- Strong desire to be in technology sales with solid phone, prospecting, sales, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Work format: Hybrid in Frankfurt, Germany.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, telemarketing, or sales prospecting.
- Experience of being held accountable to metrics.
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
- Familiarity with Software/Cybersecurity.
