What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of People Technology / HRIS projects, coordinating scope, timelines, resources, and risks.
- Lead the design and governance framework on HRIS transformation projects, ensuring consistent standards and alignment with business strategy.
- Partner with People Team leaders and other business stakeholders to validate needs and prioritize projects within the overall HRIS program.
- Plan and manage change management activities for new HRIS rollouts, ensuring stakeholders are prepared and supported.
- Promote and model agile ways of working, including backlog management, prioritization, and iterative delivery.
- Skill up and coach the BA / Partnerships team on Product Owner best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in program / project management roles within IT, HRIS, or People Technology environments.
- Proven track record managing largescale HRIS or people technology projects/programs end-to-end.
- Strong project delivery skills (building and managing project plans, coordinating teams, keeping stakeholders aligned).
- Demonstrated ability to influence and manage difficult stakeholders, set expectations, and constructively challenge scope or requirements when needed.
- Familiarity with agile and/or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Nice to have
- Hands-on systems integration or implementation experience with Workday or other major HRIS / people platforms.
- Experience working in a diverse, international ecommerce or technology company.
- MBA or consulting experience (HR / tech / digital transformation).
- Exposure to people product management or employee facing digital solutions.
- Familiarity with modern people technology trends (cloud HRIS, talent platforms, automation, people analytics).
