Location: 100% remote for the LATAM business Unit.

What you will do
- Define and execute global content strategy aligned with business and monetization goals.
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of Content Managers, Editors, and Writers.
- Validate content strategies, oversee optimization, and conduct performance audits.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Partner with Business and Sales teams, ensuring compliance with regional regulations.
- Collaborate with SEO, Product, Media, and Business Units to align goals and execution.
Requirements
- Native Spanish speaker, fluent English.
- 5+ years of solid experience in leading content operations within digital media, sports, or iGaming.
- Strong understanding of SEO, audience growth, and content monetization.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on operational oversight.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics tools and performance measurement.
