What you will do
- Drive execution from insights to measurable impact, focusing on high-leverage initiatives.
- Lead with high agency, collaborating with company leaders and cross-functional partners.
- Establish baselines, track engagement, and iterate based on user insights and data.
- Stay close to users (members, admins, brokers) and internal teams to uncover needs and validate ideas.
- Leverage AI for prototyping, visualizing concepts, and communicating intent and user value.
- Create clarity and alignment by framing problems with data, articulating tradeoffs, and owning prioritization and sprint planning.
- Prepare for product launch and adoption through internal demos, training, and documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant product management experience.
- Ability to think strategically and deliver measurable impact by connecting company vision to product outcomes.
- Experience learning by shipping, moving from concept to test quickly, measuring results, and leveraging AI for prototyping.
- Strong ownership and a bias for action, clarifying goals, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring follow-through.
- Excellent communication skills to create clarity in motion through writing, briefs, and consistent progress updates.
- Collaborative and low-ego approach, building trust and inviting feedback across teams.
- Advocacy for users, possessing strong product taste, and validating through data and research.

- Prior startup experience (especially in healthtech, insurtech, or other regulated spaces).
