What you will do
- Generate qualified opportunities through rigorous prospecting and research in the assigned North America market.
- Build an effective sales pipeline by researching assigned accounts.
- Initiate conversations with high-profile personas of prospective companies.
- Represent hirify.global and present company products to prospects.
- Develop creative email campaigns to engage prospects.
- Capture meeting minutes and meticulously update CRM.
Requirements
- 4+ years of work experience in customer-facing sales/BD roles.
- Willingness to work in-office 5 days a week in Bangalore.
- Clear, concise, and effective written and oral communication skills.
- Empathy towards customers and understanding their needs.
- Ability to handle rejections, multi-task, and manage tasks effectively.
- Experience in cold calling and understanding sales metrics.
- Ability to understand regional nuances of designated market (North America).
Nice to have
- Prior work experience in B2B SaaS product companies relevant to hirify.global' suite.
- Experience with the North America Market.
- Exposure to tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Discover Org, ZoomInfo.
- Proven track record of consistency in overachieving targets.
