What you will do

  • Generate qualified opportunities through rigorous prospecting and research in the assigned North America market.
  • Build an effective sales pipeline by researching assigned accounts.
  • Initiate conversations with high-profile personas of prospective companies.
  • Represent hirify.global and present company products to prospects.
  • Develop creative email campaigns to engage prospects.
  • Capture meeting minutes and meticulously update CRM.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of work experience in customer-facing sales/BD roles.
  • Willingness to work in-office 5 days a week in Bangalore.
  • Clear, concise, and effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Empathy towards customers and understanding their needs.
  • Ability to handle rejections, multi-task, and manage tasks effectively.
  • Experience in cold calling and understanding sales metrics.
  • Ability to understand regional nuances of designated market (North America).

Nice to have

  • Prior work experience in B2B SaaS product companies relevant to hirify.global' suite.
  • Experience with the North America Market.
  • Exposure to tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Discover Org, ZoomInfo.
  • Proven track record of consistency in overachieving targets.
