Location: Hybrid in New York, NY, USA. Opportunity to work abroad temporarily for up to 45 days via the Flex Abroad program.

Salary: $135,900–$265,880 (base compensation range in New York, NY).

What you will do

  • Support the delivery of complex, end-to-end transformation initiatives for banking clients.
  • Contribute to the design and execution of large-scale programs, including digital platform modernization and product innovation.
  • Help develop strategic plans and governance models for enterprise-wide transformation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to gather requirements and co-create tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and present clear, compelling reports and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Assist in project management activities, including tracking progress and managing risks.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in business management, process improvement, or a related field, with a focus on Financial Services.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Must possess experience in leveraging AI/GenAI and data to enhance decision-making, automate processes, and drive operational efficiency.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
