What you will do
- Collaborate with teams and partners to develop, launch, and manage events globally.
- Own the strategic planning, execution, and financial reporting for key experiences.
- Analyze business opportunities and inefficiencies, proposing operational process changes.
- Manage experience profitability, negotiate business deals, and define scalability.
- Devise and implement expansion strategies to bring incremental revenue.
- Represent hirify.global at local events and with local PR initiatives.
Requirements
- 2-3 years in a project management, consulting, or P&L ownership role.
- Fluent in English (C1+); French/Spanish are a plus.
- Strong analytical, relationship management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Solution-focused mindset with a proven track record of building positive working relationships.
- Highly organized, efficient, curious, and collaborative.
- Ability to think strategically and handle large amounts of parallel work-streams.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of promotional tools like Facebook and Instagram.
