What you will do
- Lead and coach a growing team of Solutions Engineers focused on Upmarket renewals and expansion.
- Partner with Sales to navigate complex sales cycles, improving technical discovery and demo effectiveness.
- Build repeatable, scalable pre-sales processes to support technical win achievement in complex cycles.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing to shape positioning and roadmap based on customer feedback.
- Leverage KPIs and use data to continuously improve technical win rates and SE field success.
- Work cross-functionally with teams such as Engineering, Product Marketing, and Solutions Architecture to scale SE impact.
Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS in a Senior Solutions SE role, including 2+ years managing and mentoring tenured solutions engineers.
- Proven success supporting high-complexity, regulated, or security-focused sales motions.
- Strong technical acumen and the ability to engage confidently with CISOs, CTOs, and technical stakeholders.
- Experience scaling SE functions in fast-growth environments and building effective AE<>SE partnerships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
