What you will do

• Execute and QA standardized channel marketing campaigns using email and web forms.
• Configure and launch pre-designed experiences using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and Google Analytics tagging.
• Execute basic SQL queries to build and retrieve campaign audiences.
• Ensure all campaigns adhere to compliance, accessibility, and brand standards.
• Build standard web components and content using Adobe CMS.
• Support L3/L4 specialists with testing and troubleshooting of data connections and APIs.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio) and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Experience using Litmus or Email on Acid for email rendering and link testing.
• Ability to execute pre-built SQL queries and perform basic audience segmentation.
• Strong experience working in Jira, Workfront, or similar Agile project management tools.

Nice to have

• Basic HTML/CSS skills for minor template adjustments.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification.
• Experience setting up and executing A/B tests within an ESP.
