What you will do

• Conduct deep-dive sessions with sales, finance, legal, and account management stakeholders to understand business needs for RevOps processes.
• Translate gathered business needs into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with teams to map end-to-end current and future state RevOps processes.
• Develop and maintain enablement and training materials for all new or updated RevOps processes, tools, and system changes.
• Own the rollout strategy, training, and ensure high user adoption for process and system updates.
• Maintain the central repository of RevOps process documentation, ensuring it is current, accurate, and easily accessible.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar function within a Revenue Operations or Sales Operations organization.
• Experience documenting processes and requirements related to CRM (Salesforce), including deal and/or Contract Management.
• Exceptional ability to synthesize complex, highly detailed information with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Superior verbal/written communication and presentation abilities.
• Proactive, self-starter mindset comfortable driving clarity in complex "grey areas."
• Comfortable proactively engaging stakeholders to gather requirements and identify solution options.
• English: B2 required

Nice to have

• Experience with Jira for project management.
• Understanding of the PBM space or healthcare background.
• Comfortable using AI to maximize efficiency.
