What you will do
- Take ownership of and develop sales prospecting strategies for the regional sales team.
- Drive continuous improvement in sales output and processes.
- Track and improve key metrics related to appointments, revenue, and marketing.
- Coach the sales team to enhance quality appointment setting through data-driven approaches.
- Lead teams effectively through change and champion a sales culture centered on growth mindset.
- Act as an effective partner for internal teams such as billing, operations, finance, product, and marketing.
- Communicate hirify.global Rental's value proposition through presentations, industry events, and sales proposals.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4+ years of sales leadership experience, with an emphasis on leading BDRs and SDRs.
- Experience thriving in a startup or hyper-growth sales environment.
- Consistent track record of meeting and surpassing sales goals and KPIs.
- Ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced environment and navigate ambiguity.
- Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Solid working knowledge of CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
