Compensation: $76,350 - $105,700 (annual)

What you will do
- Develop strategy and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive appointments, MQLs, revenue, and retention.
- Identify new email marketing strategies to optimize offers, copy, platforms, and creative for compelling messages.
- Collaborate with segment marketing managers and sales leadership to establish retention marketing plans and priorities.
- Develop marketing plans informed by a deep understanding of assigned market segments.
- Actively monitor, communicate, and act upon changes relevant to customers and competition.
- Proactively address sales and revenue variances for assigned markets, both short-term and projected long-term.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, specifically focusing on demand generation.
- Competence with marketing complex solutions to professionals in a B2B environment.
- Experience with marketing platforms such as Eloqua, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently in a team environment.
