TL;DR

Location: Remote (Philippines). The role requires work primarily in the field, away from a home or company office location.

What you will do

  • Prospect, identify, qualify, and close new customer revenue within assigned accounts by building relationships with key decision makers.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan for each account, mapping hirify.global’s solutions to customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders during customer onboarding, product adoption, and account transition.
  • Document customer contact and activity data in CRM/Marketing software, including opportunity value and sales stages.
  • Accountable for accurate forecasting, regular quarterly revenue delivery, and implementing agreed account plans.
  • Promote hirify.global’s products, maximize brand recognition, and publicize success stories.

Requirements

  • Expert-level experience in sales, resolving complex issues creatively.
  • Deep industry knowledge and understanding of customer decision-making processes, goals, and strategies.
  • Expert-level presentation, customer service, financial/business acumen, and negotiation skills.
  • Complete, “big-picture” understanding of the business and technical contexts of key account opportunities.
  • Driven, self-starter who exudes leadership on account set.
  • Fully functional knowledge of sales methodologies and the sales lifecycle of security software solutions.
  • Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
