What you will do

• Conduct technical analysis for sales engagements to compute and present ROI.
• Perform technical analysis for existing clients, presenting results to optimize performance and support expansion.
• Collaborate with sales, client success, product, and engineering teams to understand customer use cases.
• Distill customer needs and revenue opportunities into technical milestones for data science and engineering.
• Support the sales engineering team in guiding customer analyses for proof of value trials and customer expansion.
• Create enablement materials to coach customers and partners on realizing and quantifying value.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science).
• 3+ years of experience in fraud management, fraud strategy, or fraud operations, developing fraud prevention strategies.
• Experience in fraud detection, data analysis, or a related field.
• Proficiency in handling large datasets using SQL and Python.
• Experience with data analytics software and tools, including Snowflake, Looker, and GitHub.
• Comfortable presenting results internally and externally.
