What you will do

• Lead a talented and diverse team of engineers, providing technical direction.
• Plan, track, and deliver scenarios in a fast-paced agile environment.
• Collaborate with product, design, and data disciplines, maintaining customer obsession.
• Design and provide technical guidance for large feature areas, including in-depth code reviews.
• Implement rigorous quality engineering practices across product development and deployment.
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering an inclusive team environment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional industry experience on large projects.
• Experience in C++, client, or app development.
• 2+ years of people management experience with 7+ individuals.
• BS or MS in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
• Proven track record of shipping compelling technologies.
• Excellent design, coding, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with creating and operating services in Azure.
• Experience in Machine Learning, Data Driven Engineering or Agile Development.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies.
