What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop Salesforce engineers, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Drive solution architecture and engineering standards, ensuring architectures are scalable and maintainable.
• Balance new feature delivery with platform optimization and technical debt reduction.
• Own DevOps, CI/CD, and release management for the Salesforce platform.
• Collaborate with Security and IT to ensure appropriate access controls and data protection.
• Ensure technical and solution designs are well-documented and kept current.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on experience on the Salesforce platform in engineering, development, or architecture roles.
• 2–4+ years of experience managing or leading Salesforce engineers or technical teams.
• Proven track record designing and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and at least one of: Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, or custom apps.
• Deep expertise with Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, APIs, integration patterns) and strong understanding of declarative capabilities.
• Hands-on experience implementing and operating DevOps/CI/CD for Salesforce, including version control and automated testing.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications are strongly preferred (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, Platform App Builder, Application Architect, System Architect).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering preferred.
