What you will do

• Review and triage data validation tickets, assessing them for completeness, clarity, and accuracy.
• Join sales calls to address data-related concerns directly with clients.
• Act as a subject matter expert to explain data nuances and prevent unnecessary escalations.
• Collaborate with teams to surface differences between public and internal data sets.
• Prioritize and coordinate workflows for sales and data science teams.
• Provide feedback and insights to improve internal data tools and customer experience.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, analytical, or business-related field
• Analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Proficiency with pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas.
• Familiarity with SQL for data querying and validation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working with sales teams and customers to explain data insights.
