What you will do

• Provide expert advice and architectural considerations in Citrix System engineering.
• Elaborate design documentation and vision documents focused upon systems components.
• Deliver the design, installation, and configuration of Citrix technologies.
• Operate IT services according to agreed service levels and ITSM best practices.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level technical support, troubleshoot incidents, and escalate to external parties.
• Implement, configure, administer, monitor, and maintain IT systems for a 24/7 secure, reliable, and efficient service.

Requirements

• Bachelor's level or 3 years of higher education or equivalent in professional experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in systems administration, with relevance to HCI solutions.
• Previous experience in designing VDI Infrastructure and data centre systems.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on expertise in Citrix enterprise infrastructure implementation and administration.
• Knowledge of standard monitoring and management tools.
• Capability to write clear and structured technical documents.
• Collaborative and proactive approach.

Nice to have

• General knowledge of networking, ICT infrastructure, systems, and ITIL best practices in ICT operations.
• Capability of working in an international/multicultural environment.
• Proven hands-on experience with other Nutanix solutions.
• Previous experience in IT automation.
