Location: Hybrid (3 days in-office/remote) in Downtown Toronto, Ontario. Collaboration across North America, Europe, and Latin America. Occasional extended hours for time-sensitive initiatives or global team alignment.

What you will do

• Own and maintain a prioritized, delivery-ready backlog aligned to Product Manager-defined outcomes.
• Translate product outcomes into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and validation approaches.
• Partner with Engineering on sprint and iteration-level planning, refinement, and execution.
• Develop deep understanding of product workflows, data models, integrations, and downstream impacts.
• Engage customers and internal stakeholders for requirements clarification, workflow validation, UAT, and post-release feedback.
• Use AI tools to improve clarity, quality, and delivery efficiency.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product delivery role within an Agile environment.
• Experience delivering B2B SaaS or enterprise software; fintech or regulated industry experience is a strong asset.
• Solid understanding of iterative delivery, Agile principles, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to define high-quality requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Comfort working with complex systems, data flows, and inter-team dependencies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• CSPO or equivalent practical experience is a plus.
• Curious, learning-oriented, and comfortable adopting new tools — including AI — to improve effectiveness.
• Advanced degree in a technical or business field.
• Experience with regulatory frameworks.
